A full service every 12,000 miles or 12 months, whichever comes first.
A major service every 24,000 miles or 24 months, whichever comes first.

What happens during a car service depends on the service that is being carried out. However, in general, a service includes inspection of car components, sorting out of any issues and replacing car fluids.
What is included in a car service?
Interim Service
On average an interim car service will take about 90 minutes and consists of around 25 checks.
An interim service includes:
- Oil and oil filter change
- Seat belt inspection
- Batteries, exhaust and tyre check
- Windscreen wash checked and refilled
- Antifreeze coolant checked and refilled
- Power steering fluid checked and refilled
- Suspension inspection
- Shock absorber inspection
- Steering column inspection
- Lights are checked and replaced if needed
- Charging system checked
Full Service
A full service will take, on average, 3 hours and consists of around 40 checks.
The full service includes everything the interim service does, as well as:
- Wheel alignment
- Balance and wheel bearing
- Air filters checked and replaced if needed
- Fuel filters checked and replaced if needed
Major Service
The Major car service can take over 4 hours, and consists of around 60 checks.
It includes everything from both the interim and the full service, plus:
- Replace brake fluid if needed
- Spark plug inspection
- Check and replace odour and allergy filter
- Battery checks
